Hola, soy Charisse! Welcome to my website - I am your bilingual RealtorⓇ , a Louisiana native, committed to serving Greater Baton Rouge. I am originally from Slidell but for the past 20 years I've called Baton Rouge home. My love for creating exceptional experiences for my clients drives me to continuously improve in my field. In 2016 I took the leap into home sales working for an investor as a marketing specialist for owner financed properties. Then in 2018 I became a fully licensed RealtorⓇ and I have been blessed beyond measure by the people that this career has brought into my life.

My team and I specialize in two areas. First, we work closely with sellers to get them the most amount of money for their house in the least amount of time. Our proven systems make life easier while preventing costly mistakes. Secondly, my team and I are the ‘North Star’ that helps a First-Time Homebuyer navigate the journey. I take great pride in researching the best financial assistance programs that exist in Louisiana to help each client achieve his or her goal. From grants to FHA 100 to local lender incentives, you will not find a more knowledgeable team when it comes to getting buyers funded. This is just as important for sellers as it is for buyers, especially in moments where interest rates make or break the deal.

I would describe myself as someone with the heart of a teacher who genuinely enjoys answering questions and setting people at ease. I’m also gently competitive, and whatever I do I like to do it better than others! ;) Excellence in my work is muy importante to me. So is earning your lifetime referrals. I will always put your interests above mine. I am a firm believer in the Golden Rule – Treat others how you want to be treated. Plus, that’s what my southern Mama taught me!

When I'm not selling real estate, you can find me writing, supporting our local animal shelters, spending time with family, and doing videography projects in Spanish and English. If you have any questions about the buying or selling process, please don't hesitate to call, text, or pony express me!
